Thanks for the link Penny! I have gone trought and I must say these are good exemple of not so effective and health concern product.
These are what I can summarize on my reading and research in comparing with what I shared and those from the link :

I do agreed and appreciate input by you guys regarding other altanatives of regaining a better health thus beautiful figure but my main concern are those who are NOT able to fit these altanatives into their daily routine. The main obsticles here is TIME and of cause also COST.
If a person can really arrange in such way that they able to join and participate in gym and others exercise facilities, that is really great but how many peoples that we know can really effort to do that and continie doing that in long period? some can but not all!
Intake the right and more green healthy food is one of the majot fact the contribute to obesity that I think most of the people will agreed and know that but this method and practice may not work so well for those who carry fat storage cells!
There are 3 categories of slimming products in the market now a day, there are :
* Diarrhea - Frequent diarrhea after consumption causing lost of water and after stop taking it, your body weight would naturallt rebound which eventually causes more obesity.
* Storage - After consumption, causes lost of appetite and this naturally causes the body weight to reduce. The body would naturally rebound as soon as when stop consuming and begin the normal diet which eventually causes more unhealthy.
* Substitutes - Food substitutes cause disruption to normal diet and causes starvation. When return to normal diet, the strong assimilation will result in a rebound of body weight which eventually causes more obesity.
Imbalanceness of body hormone is one of the major fact that cause obesity!! The stress of work, life and everything can cause imbalanceness in it.
The danger such as Cholestrol, gall stone, cholecystitis, high triglycerides, endometrium cancer, breast cancer, impotence and drowsy suffocation syndrome are common among those who suffered by obesity.
The excessive fats in the human body jeopardize health, that every one know that! But we need certain quantities of fat in order to mantain good health as it serve as " fuel " to the body but also help in absorbing Vitamin A, D, E and K. Since then, Singapore goverment has stop and bann the import of slimming products in the country and major courcious step and rules has been enforce on slimming products. None slimming products has been approved by the authorize test lab but just few months back, K produtcs has been tested and approved and now in Singapore market!
As I mention on beginning of this topin, on 23rd Mar 2003, the world health organization announce 4 MAIN STANDARD and 3 PROHIBITION in slimming at the International Slimming Meet held in Beijing.
The four main standard are :
* Effectively reduces fats within the human body without damaging musles.
* Achieving ideal slimming effects without rebound.
* Wothout significant side effect and possibility of misusse.
* Improves metabolism in those suffering from obesity.
The three prohibitions are :
* No fasting
* No Diarrhea
* No Rebound
A friend of mine commented that " ah! Malaysia heatlh ministry sure get under table money and pass the approval one! ", well, I can't really comment about that as I don't have evedent on it but do you think we will be able to do the same with the ministry of health of China?? what about Ministry of Health in Singapore then??? and ALS Technichem Lab??? can they too be " bought"???
I wonder how many more cert, letter of approval and testimonials one need in order to convince him or herself that this is really a good products and it really can help those peoples in need geting back their health.
It will be totally unfair to " prosume " k product is not good without even trying it. K product is the result of 12 years intensive studies, stringent tests from the pharmacological therapeutic and toxicological points of view and clinically tested on 100 voluntary patients for a period of three months with 100% effectiveness, 89.5% significance and average reduction of 12.24kg in body weight! It will be extreamly unfair for all the scientist and personal who had spend more then one decade of their life working on fing a solution od our no 1 global killer in 21st century -obesity!!
In my point of view, it will be fairer if we start casting our opinion or benefit of doubt in certain product after we ourself have tried it, gone trought the whole complete treatment period as per instructed.
Till today, I have no idea and no interest in what marketing behind this product that I am sharing and I do not think it really matter and relevent. The most important thing is it GIVES THE RESULT WE WANT!
Example : it will be extreamly unfair if I choose to decide the acceptance of a new friendship or relationship purely based on the back ground of this perticular person. I may loose the only opportunity in knowing a great friend!! The back ground, religion and cultural of this person in my point of view should not in any way control my decision!
If you are one of those :
* who does not seems to find product which suits your streesfull daily life routine
* who has trird so mant slimming product with no lasting result
* who spend tons of money in slimming product but none of it process the result that you hope for
* who slims down but suffer wrinkle, pale face and loose musles
* who had stop trying any slimming product after many fails
* who had tried excercise method and produce no significant result
* who up till today has lost hope on geting back your health and balance, standard, beautifull body figure
PLEASE give yourself another chance in geting back your health! K is available in kl and everywhere, with just two capsules daily you are one step nearer in gaining a better health and better life condition!

The kosmo paper on 30 June 2006 morning reported " Sibutramine " SUSPECTED to be found in the kintop from a unknown source and also that kintop is " dipercayai ( to believe ) " was an imitated product.
The Ministry of health immediately send some officer to get some test prove from SNE Marketing at Shamelin Business Park on 29 June night.
Sample taken was immediately transferred to the assigned lab of Ministry of Health and on the afternoon of the same day ( 30 June 2006 ) itself, SNE Marketing has got the confirmation from the Ministry of Health that the test came out negative that there are no " Sibutramine " in kintop. It was a false alarm that everything is green!!
The second issue about the " imitated " part was PROBABLY due the reason that Sne Marketing has changed the packing of kintop not long ago. The previous packing of kintop ( with a lady body figure ) was done by a packing company in Johor until SNE Marketing received some complains from customer that there were capsule missing from the newly open package of kintop. So the contract was terminated and SNE Marketing then assign another packing company located in KL for the packing of kintop. In the same time, change to a new cover packing ( without lady body figure ).
I have personally spoke to the nutritionist and colleagues in SNE. The legal department of SNE Marketing is now working on the case and will demand a publicity announcement and clarification on this matter from the responsible newspaper on this issue.
As many of us know the government of Singapore has stricter up the rules and test on slimming product five years back due to the few serious cases that were published in the paper. Since then, there are no slimming product which manage to penetrate the marketing until several months back when the ministry of Singapore government granted approval to SNE Marketing for the import of kintop after a strict and careful test on kintop. I understand that they even send the sample overseas for testing. Kintop was granted approval by the Singapore government because it is safe. So do China, Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan.
So, to all of you that I have mention and share this great product, please do not worry about these untrue report from this paper. I have also told that china press reported the same issue the next day.
I never doubt that this is a scam since I learn about it and I truly understand this will definitely shake the confident of those who knows about kintop and are using kintop. I can assure you all that the report was a plain sabotage and it is a FALSE ALARM.
The Ministry of health together with SNE Marketing will make a public anouncement regarding this matter in few major newspaper very soon. We will be able to read the full story then.

So people who take it, how do they know they are not taking the immitation product?
As far as I understood the product is sold through "agents" like in the pyramidal schemes. How did they get the 'immitations' if they get it direct from the distributor/manufacturer?
Sounds very scary to me when there is no guarantee to consummers getting the genuine product even in 'direct sales'!
So those people who have been taking the immitation product with Sibutramine(Meridia) which they got from direct sales, who's going to compensate them for the side effects?
Will be interesting to know the real outcome when the official final report is published in the major newspapers.
If convincing enough I might be willing to try

Thanks Anna. But, I'm still very puzzled by the products sold in the Old Packaging. How did these "agents'" get the stuffs if not from somewhere. So now with the new packaging they the same people can make the new packaging too And how can one be 100% sure that the new packaging is not sold by the unscrupulous "agents' again> What GURANTEE CAN A BUYER GET
I think once a product is packaged in another country and not the COUNTRY OF ORIGIN ie CHINA here in this case, the chances of getting counterfeit medications is VERY HIGH.These people might not have the resources to make the product, but they can substitute the capsules content with corn starch or some other slimming products
I've seen such counterfeits in Taiwan and HK and is prevalent in China
So if the 'real Kintop' is being imported here to M'sia in bulk so save cost and the packaging done in M'sia, what Guerantee is there that the CONTENT inside the capsules are the genuine stuff.
The Packaging is the least of worries. But why would counterfeiters just pay so much to put the "real Kintop' inside a counterfeit package, if I were one of the counterfeiters I'd also use inferior products or substitutes like cornstarch to make bigger profit margins at the same time.
If that's the case then the consummer is paying for the cornstarch or even WORSE taking in some other slimming products with VER BAD Side Effects
That's the reason I'm persuing this matter to want to know the real strategy this company is taking to prevent not just the packaging from being counterfeited, BUT GUERANTEE the CONTENT is not COMPROMISED in anyway.

Yes, there is
Just go and get them all fixed and resized by a plastic surgeon. They can do wonders now a days. They can even make you taller at the same time. I read in the newspapers reports that many of the ladies in China going in for beauty contest go for such procedures whereby the surgeon just saw your lower or upper leg bones or both and separate them and put the legs under tension, stretching and the bones will heal just like in a fracture. I guess you can call this "controlled fractures"...as for your toes, it's even simpler
