Hello everyone,

I've seen some of the new residential developments in Nusajaya and driven around to have a view idea of the big projects there (Educity, puteri habour). What do you think of the idea of living in areas like east ledang, Ujana, Ledang heights, Bayou water village etc?

Hi-

Yes Nusajaya will be a place to live in a few yrs time-I currently reside in Permas Jaya-but sick off traffic in the area-always changing the roads-causing nothing but confussion!-anyhow I did look at East Ledang etc..all round the harbour-looks fantastic, also there are many small developments going up,commerically as well-this however it is very quiet at present but think things will change but still keep the good image-will be a classy place to live and enjoy soon, after the visit to all the avaliable houses in that area-which were immpressive i've opted for the lesuire farm-c how it goes!-best of luck.

I too, opt for Leusire Farm, a good place to get away from madding crowd and traffic. It is quiet and serene. Traffic to SG is fine, also OK till Tampoi if you are heading to JB. Plenty of non-Malaysian residents, though most are present only on weekends. U could hv a whole avenue for yourself on weekdays. However, no worry on safety and security. Ideal place for walking/jogging.

Er, what is your intention?

Retirement. Work. ???

Nusajaya looks nice now but since most (if not all) the government offices are moving there. It is going to be like Permas later.

You have to decide what is suitable or appropriate. Stay in Nusajaya or Gelang Patah and then go to work in Pasir Gudang? The jams there will piss you off.

Good Luck.
SJR.
