Dear Experts,

Would appreciate if someone can help me.

I am an Expatriate living and working in Malaysia since last 4 years. I am currently employed by a MSC status company in Malaysia and my employer has provided my EP. My current EP was due for Renewal by 13 June 2012. My employer already received stage 1 approval for Visa Extension and submitted all the required original documents and the payment through courier (Authorized by MDeC) on 11 June 2012 for Stage 2. My employer haven't received any info /update from MDeC Account Executive until 3 July.

When my HR check with the Account Executive on 3 July, she claimed that 1 of the document missing (Offer Letter) for Stage 2 and she already emailed to HR regarding this matter. Whereas my HR haven't received any email from MDeC and she already explain to Account Executive the same and also emailed the Acknowledgement Letter (documents collected are listed) which is signed by the MDeC courier guy while collecting the original passports and other documents. On 5 July we received response from the Account Executive stating that courier guy is on leave for the week and they will check with him once he is back next week and update the status the soonest.

On 11 July, when my HR check the status with Account Executive. She mentioned that courier guy is just back today after his marriage leave. He will be in after lunch. Would update at the earliest. On 12 July, when my HR check with the Account Executive, she sent us email stating "We couldn’t locate the Contract. Rizal was away today. Just need your favour to prepare the overstay documents only. We escalated to Higher management on the payment part."

Please advise.
