i want to ask that my friend is hcv positive can he get marry in malaysia n after marry can he get the PR plz brief me detail

I that case, why not? As far as I know you don't have to tell the government that you have HIV.

But who wants to merry someone with HIV anyway?

Muslims are required to take a HIV test before marrying in Malaysia.
But I don't know if being positive means you can't get married.
I guess if your spouse is ok with it there should be no problem - to be checked with JPN .

First of all thanks for answer to Rogier and Jack but i couldn't get answer yet i want to ask that my Friend entangled in Hepatitis C before 5 years he did complete Medication Now he has a girl friend in malaysia n he wants to get marry with her if he come ther n want to marry in malaysia n want PR so what is the rules for him .Will Malaysian Governtment allow to marry n PR.

I highly doubt he will get the PR.
Before being able to apply for a PR you need to have lived in Malaysia for a minimum of 5 years. Then, the application process is very long and tedious. All this to get a negative answer without much explanation aside from "you can apply again".

As for the marrying part, the probabilities of someone being HCV or HIV positive, who got married in Malaysia with a Muslim answering this thread are thin. The best answer you'll get is from the Malaysian government.
Ask your friend to contact the Malaysian Embassy in his country, they should be able to give him a straight answer.

Once married he will be able to apply for a long term visit pass.
He will be able to stay long term and look for work. Though it will be tough finding something presently.
