Have a few units at the Wadihana Condominium for rental. One belongs to my family. The other 3 belong to my father's friends. It's about a 5 minute drive to Singapore and is smack in the heart of Johor Bahru town.
Contact me at progen@hotmail.com if keen. Not dealing with agents so there's no commission to pay. |

Huge apologies to those who have emailed me but have yet to receive a reply because of my busy personal schedule.
My family's unit has been rented out but I believe my father's friends still have vacant units in the same block (there's only one block actually).
However, it takes a few days to get things done because 1. I have no direct contact with them and have to go through my father, 2. my father himself is not in Malaysia, 3. the owners themselves are not in Malaysia either and 4. the owners then have to inform the assistant building manager to allow me to bring potential tenants to view the units. |

If it's that complicated. Why do you bother? I mean why should you care if the units are let or not? Or are you on some sort of commission?

Why do you then bother to post if you and your father are so busy?
Why don't you just put the contact number for the building manager here so we can contact him to arrange appointments, given your BUSY SCHEDULE....duh! |
