Who are the Broadband Internet service providers in KL?

Are these dial-up or cable modem systems?

Are some condos fitted with broadband facility?

1) TMnet = TMnet streamyx...(www.tm.net.my) for further info

2) Cable modem systems

3) Some condos and apartments it has and don't but mostly they done have it.
