Expatriate Forums in Malaysia

I am planning to move to JB. My workplace will be Sultanah Aminah Hospital. I think the closest accommodation is Aloha Towers as I googled it.
Can somebody guide me;

1. How do you rate this residence complex in JB?

2. What should be rent of 2-bed room apartment?

Any other suggestion for condo closer to this hospital and Ara school.

Aloha towers is a fine place to stay. Rental there for a fully furnished 2-3 bedroom apartment can range anywhere from RM1800-RM3000.
