Well my son always proudly tell people he's an Aussy kid. But once he was confused and told his teacher he's Scottish when we came back from Scotland (holiday) ... He was only 4 yo then.
He's born in Perth then lived the first 5 years in Jakarta now here for at least 4 years. My daughter was born and lived in Perth 1.5 years then commuting back and forth between Perth and Jakarta for 6 months then settled in Jkt for 5 years and now here. Funny that they NEVER tell people they are Euroasian or half English half Indo... I guess it's complicated. Aussy .. is easy to remember
Well... I wont put any flag on alloexpat map just yet ... |
Hi just to share my story. When I first signed in to this Alloexpat website, it asked me for my home country. I was baffled. Is it Singapore? Is it Malaysia. I really could not decide. Born in Singapore, am a Singapore citizen, and shortly after I was born I was brought into Malaysia (no my parents were not running away from the gahmen) and I spent most of my childhood and teen years there (although I was constantly "transported" between Singapore and Malaysia like a bloody commodity another long story). So I was also confused where I should call my home. In the end, I decided that Malaysia is my home, cos my parents are there, my chilhood friends are there and all my best memories come from there. Most of my bfs were also Malaysian. I love my home! |

Well yeah I am quite fond of that. Aren't you too? Same applies to ANYONE on this forum. haha cmon just be honest.
And to answer to your question, No I do not indulge in numbers I am not Count Dracula nor am I in any way related to him. I would like to indulge in the numbers 69 true enough but no... *ahem* I'll stop here. |

That’s absolutely unbe bloody lievable !! If you’re going to buy the ticket at least check the numbers.
I read somewhere that you’ve got more chance of being killed than winning the lottery, not sure how true that is or which kind of killed they were referring to, road accidents, air accidents, rail accidents or just getting gunned down |
