Malaysian Nature Society has a branch that does scuba diving. You can check out their website for more details.
There are quite a number of places where you can sign up for a diving course or join a dive trip. I will personally recommend Global Scuba. Check their website at http://globalscuba.virtualmalaysia.com . Both Lesly and Boo are really nice people and very helpful. just sign up for one of their dive trips and you will know what I mean.
There are no places to dive around KL though. We normally travel to Thailand, East Coast i.e whereever there is a good diving spot. |

hi a consultant i know came here and learnt scuba diving in s11 PJ opposite the Universiti Malaya Hospital. Universiti stop on LRT then a short taxi ride |

thanks orion and richard..
i've checked global csuba's website..
the closest trip is: Pulau Redang 4 Days/3 Nights: 18/3/05- 21/3/05
but it's 4 days.. so if it's not a public holiday, not suitable for me i guess..
by the time, i can have a PADI Open Water Diver Course 
since i'm not an experienced diver, maybe it'll be better for me 
i'll also check the s11 pj.. |
