Sehr geehrte/r Auslandsentsandte/r,

im Rahmen meiner Diplomarbeit an der Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen möchte ich Sie um Ihre Unterstützung bitten.

In meiner Studie geht es um die Wirkung der Anpassung des Auslandsentsandten und der Familie auf die Gesundheit und die Arbeit.

Die Anpassung an das Gastland ist ein komplexer Prozess der einerseits von vielen Faktoren beeinflusst wird und andererseits viele Faktoren wie die Arbeit und die Gesundheit beeinflusst. Ein Verständnis dieser Prozesse kann nicht nur Auslandsentsandten selbst helfen, ihre Situation besser zu verstehen, sondern auch den Firmen aufzeigen, wie und in welchen Bereichen sie ihre Mitarbeiter unterstützen können. Deshalb ist die Einschätzung der Arbeit durch einen Arbeitskollegen oder den Vorgesetzten sehr wichtig. Da oft nicht nur ein Mitarbeiter ins Ausland entsendet wird, sondern eine ganze Familie, wurde auch der Lebenspartner in meine Studie integriert.

Um meine Studie durchführen zu können bin ich auf Ihre Mithilfe angewiesen.

Sie müssen lediglich einem Link zum Onlinefragebogen folgen, diesen ausfüllen und die Links zu weiteren Fragebogen an Ihren Lebenspartner und Arbeitskollegen oder Vorgesetzten weiterleiten.

Es ist absolut sichergestellt, dass alle Ihre Angaben vertraulich bleiben. Die Daten werden ohne Namen und Adresse ausgewertet. Die Untersuchung unterliegt allen Bestimmungen des Datenschutzes.

What I do all day? Hey, I could ask you the same - you're following me around the globe, but travelling with companionship is funnier anyway Wink

I'm working what I can work and phoning companies to find participants and the usual rest which has to be done (like household, garden, dog - if I'm very frustrated there is this mmorpg).

Responses - unfortunately no - until now I didn't have any responses from here, apart yours and some discussions / questions, but no participants. Well, it is a very specific target audience, maybe there just aren't any expats from the type I'm looking for here.....

Thanks, Hey why dont you change subjects, if you can I mean there aint many Germans,swiss or Austrians about here.
Can't you make up a story just to pass your test... I can help you if you want! You can tell them I'm a German, then you ask me some Questions. After all it's only a little lie yes?

Thanks - but that wouldn't really be it, now wouldn't it? I know, never trust a statistical analyses which you haven't faked yourself but....... this isn't about a test anyway, it's about a diploma thesis. So it's not about passing, but about showing you can work on a scientific level and hopefully contribute to science.

But thank you for your porposal.

Though we could switch to a more "Small Talk" section of any forum and I can ask you some questions there Wink
