I am an Australian with a lao wife. My wife resides in Pakse Laos.
I am looking to buy a house in Vientiane. I can't seem to find any website for Vientiane real estate.

Can the house be purchased in my wifes name?
What is a reasonable price for a house in Vientiane?

Is there a long term multiple entry visa for people married to Lao citizens?

I noticed the date on your request.
It seems that the participation in this forum is either very slow or non-existant.
I came here hoping to get some information about living in Laos, but this is very discouraging to notice the lack of replies.
I hope that things will start to liven up soon.
