A Multinationl company will be setting up an office in Laos. We need an Acting General Manager who will take care of the overall operations in the said country. Applicant should be experienced in Sales and Marketing operations, and should not be more than 45 years old. Male applicants are most welcomed.
Below are the job sepcifications and job description :
Position : Acting General Manager
1. Male and age not over 40 years
2. Nationality should be Lao
3. Graduated in Bachelor Degree level from National University of Laos
3. Should have a strong marketing background with a degree in business or marketing.
4. Have experience of sales in FMCGs or stationery business will be advantage.
5. Have experience in dealing with Traditional Trade / Key Account for FMCGs or stationery product will be advantage.
6. Have experience 3-5 years.
7. Excellent communication & negotiation skills and must be good in English and Thai with good in computer skill.
8. Driving license is a must and own a car would be advantage.
9. Able to work in provincial and should be willing to travel between provincial and Vientiane.
Job Specification - AGM : Laos
1. Plan and execute marketing activities including PR, road shows, trade and consumer promotions
2. Conduct trade and end-users research.
3. Coordinate and report marketing performance to control center.
4. Collect and summarize market information for the use of trade marketing and marketing strategy.
5. Implement conversion program systematically by areas industry.
6. Coordinate and execute POP in each channel.
7. Expand distribution product availability and brand exposure in each channel.
8. to find, select and cultivate the customer, optimize the customer management, set up and maintains the sales work.
9. Assist and work with distributors to expand distribution and maintain good relationship with them.
10. Collect and analyze the market information and feedback the weekly situation in time, follow up and solve any existing problem.
11. Organize and plan the products promotions and popularization in the responsible area to promote the brand according to company marketing plan
