Hi there...

Am arriving in LP in a few weeks to do some photography. whilst looking at the climate chart, i see thunderstorms almost every day (surely the rain doesnt last for 24 hours!). is there a pattern i.e. morning, evening rain etc... when is the best time to go there in terms of climate and festival season?
