Hi,

Sorry if this seems a dumb question but I'm looking at taking on some work in Kuwait for 8 months and want to bring my girl with me from Australia.

Is it safe for her to move around on her own and work there ( she is a hairdresser ) and is there anything I should be particuarly aware of.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Dale, Not a daft question. Unless you are married it is illegal to co-habit in Kuwait. If you are married then it is relatively safe for an expat woman to get around as long as she has a good stomach for driving, keeps to the main areas and dresses conservatively. Hope this helps. Jayne
