Hi All,

This is a considerable long shot, but please bear with me. Many years ago, when foreign television shows were shown on Iranian TV, several episodes of "Doctor Who" were bought. These episodes now no longer exist in the BBC archives, but there is a tiny chance that copies survive overseas, perhaps in Iran.

Is it possible that foreign film reels might have survived to this day? Do the television stations hold archives that contain film from before the revolution?

Does anybody here have connections with the media that may be able to shed some light on this?

Kind regards,
Television Fan
