Hello,

Young Frenchman looking for an apartment in Jakarta starting end of June- begining of July. Under 10 million rupiah/month would be great!

I have a brand new and newly furnished 2 bed apartment in North Jakarta (Mediterania Marina), 1dbl and 1 sgl+study. it has gym, swimming pool, reserved parking space, security, mini mart and cafe on site, other units well occupied including by fellow expat. North jakarta, near mass transport (transjakarta bus-god sent with all the traffic in jakarta), highway to airport, family entertainment centre, hospital etc. it is only 5.5 million rupiah per month (include service charge) or 550USD per month (exclude service charnge). will suit medium (3 months) or long term tenants. good to get you settled in jakarta as it is safe and premium area. email Julia j_tijaja@yahoo.co.uk if interested or call my dad Mr. Uyung in jakarta +62 (0) 21 6260676. we are direct owners so any problems will be quickly attended to, and cheaper than goign through a middleman.
