Are you looking for someone to help you with immgiration problems or extension of visas etc. but don't want to get charged ridiculous amounts or be told some story about why you have paid part of the fees and suddenly it can't be processed blah blah blah or because they need more money for this and that??

Our company currently handles a lot of the expatriates for international schools and hotels throughout Indonesia. I'm an Australian-Indonesian working here in Jakarta and can help you with problems you may have.

For a free quote, send me an email by looking at my profile.

Cheers,
Artha

Dear Artha!
I have Indonesian Family, wife and fore children. I am Finish citizen, 60 years old. We have the plan to move Bandung next August. I will need help to get either limited stay visa or retirement visa. My wife's sister can be the sposor if needed. The imigration of Bandung recomended somekind of mix of social visa and retirement visa! The Embasy of Finland rekomened the social visa by my wife's sister, but it seems dificult in Bandung imigration.
So can you please help us?

Dear Juhani,

Immigration is correct to the extent that you can apply for a retirement visa. However, with regards to your wife and children, there are a number of questions I need to ask:

1. What is the nationality of your wife and children?
2. How old are your wife and children?
3. Are you currently residing in Finland with your family?
4. Do you and your family intend to permanently live in Indonesia or do your children only intend to stay for a short period of time?

The reason I am asking you these questions is because there are a multitude of visas available depending on the intention of stay. For instance:

A. If your children are below 17 years of age and wish to futher their studying then a student visa will be issued. The sponsor will be the school they are applying to.
B. If they are above 17 years of age, then they must apply for a multiple entry visa, which can be extended every 60 days.
C. If your wife is of Finnish citizenship then she can apply for a spouse retirement visa which covers and includes the both of you.

Our company can assist you in regardless of your location, whether it be Bandung or Bali.

I hope the above information is helpful to you.

Sincerely,

--

Dear Artha Doyle
Thank you foryour answer! My wife and three children are citizen of Indonesian. One daughter 6 y is the citizen of Finland. The wife 36 y and children 6, 9, 12, 14 y. We are now residing in Finland but plan to move to Indonesian for long time, for years.

Can we star to get the visa prces already now or it is better to come first indonesia and start limited stay visa or retirement visa afterwards? Here in Finland I have children adoption proces going on on local court proceedings.
Best regards
Juhani

Dear Juhani,

Your wife and three children being Indonesian makes everything a lot easier and cheaper Smile

We can begin processing your papers from Indonesia and the process should take no longer than 7 business days once we have received all required paperwork from your end.

The best option is for you to stay in Finland, once your papers have been approved you will be able to collect your visas at the Indonesia consulate there. If you were to come to Indonesia first, you would then need to leave the country and re-enter via singapore in order to validate your visas which only increases your costs.

I will be sending you a quotation later today or early tomorrow with the prices and documents required. Basically you will be charged for 1 Retirement Visa and 1 KITAS for your child of Finnish citizenship.

With regards to your legal proceedings, is this to finalise the adoption process? because you will be asked to show that you are the legal guardian. So when do you think this case will be finalised? It may require we proceed paperwork after verdict.

Hope that all helps,

Artha

P.S. Please send me your personal email account so I can email you the quotation.

Hi Artha,

I'm arranging several Australian students to do a short periode of part-time Internship and Academic exchange in Indonesia (from 2 weeks and up to 3 months).

Do I need to get them VITAS/KITAS or a tourist visa should be able to accommodate this for them.

Need your advise.

Regards,
Rendy
