Expatriate Forums in India

My wife and I are thinking of relocating to Goa in the near future. We would like to hear from anybody who has made the move from England regarding purchasing property and the problems associated with it i.e. land registry, property registry, visa requirements etc. We have heard lots of conflicting stories about emigrating to Goa, not all of them good. It would be great to hear from somebody who has made the move recently and if it was trouble free.
