I have one bedroom is available in my 2-bedroom flat, and would like to share the flat with someone.

It's a nice two bedroom place in Malviya Nagar, South Delhi, very close to Malviya Nagar main market and Aurobindo college. Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom, balconies front and back. I've been living here since Feb., so it's all set up - with Internet, full kitchen with gas, fridge, utensils and oven. The vacant bedroom has basic furniture if you'd like to buy it from my previous flatmate - mattress, bedding, bookcase with books; the room also has a built-in cupboard. The landlord lives elsewhere, no interference, chilled environment. Maid comes for cleaning, cooking.

About me: I'm an American citizen, but I've been in Delhi, India for years. I freelance as a sound designer, music composer, actor and voice artiste. I'm 27, male, reasonably chilled out, practically non-drinking and definitely non-smoking. Smoking is the one thing absolutely not allowed in the flat. Pretty much all else is fine.
