Looking for a decent flatmate Indian/Expat in Noida to share 3BHK LUXURY apartment or penthouse. I am a young executive (software) putting up in Noida; now planning to move out to a new apartment in Noida (pref sector would be - 48, 50, 51, 93 etc.)

I haven't finalized the apartment yet but it would have full power backup, piped gas supply, reserved parking (for 2 cars), 3BHK or 4BHK etc. I am planning to finalize apartment by 10th/15th June so please contact at immediate.

I have full time housekeeper/cook/care taker and other misc home stuff.

I would prefer response from good profile people/professional moving/living in Noida/Delhi.

I expect the rent/maintenance charges to be around 16000 to 24000 per month [$400 to $600]. Electricity/water/internet/food would be EXTRA. Security would be around 2 months in advance. All charges would be SHARED as per actuals. This would be only for 2 people (including me) and one housekeeper only.

easy going, clean profile professional should only contact. drugs/dopers/heavy drinkers STAY AWAY.
