Hi,
This is a great 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom / Kitchen / Living Area / Dining Area Apartment in the heart of South Mumbai, on Napean Sea Rd.
The apartment is fully furnished - The furniture is all designer stuff that I brought along with me from the US. Unfortunately I am moving back to nyc and hence need to lease the place back out.
The apartment has just been renovated (again in anticipation of my move to India!) - new marble flooring, brand new bathrooms equivalent to any 5 star hotel in the city, great kitchen with new fridge etc.
The apartment is already hooked up with domestic help, cleaning lady, a chef etc.
The apartment also comes with two reserved parking spots. Which anyone in Bombay will tell you is HUGE!
The rent is Rs 150,000 (USD 3,500) per month. This includes the cost of the domestic help. And I will also require a 10 month deposit (standard in India). I am open to leasing it out from anywhere between 3 months to a year to 3 years.
It's a perfect apartment for an expat - fully furnished, serviced and in one of Bombay's poshest locations - it was renovated with an expat in mind (me!) and thus I'm confident it will fit your needs.
