Expatriate Forums in Hong Kong

Is there anywhere that I can get to from Hong Kong for a weekend (or maybe long weekend) diving? I'm a beginner diver with my PADI Open Water. If there are any dive clubs that do weekend trips, it would be great to hear about them as well.

I tried few times off SaiKung and there wasn't much to see. Most of the corals were dead and blasted into pieces. Very few fish here and there and during rainy seasons very low visibility. Sometimes you are barely able to see the tip of your fins. I just did it so that I could check my skills and gear.
