Seems that it is a sellers market now for rental property.
My 55h floor apartment has been sold and therefore have to look elsewhere.
Was toying with the idea of town-houses, those 3 floors 700 sq ft places. Looking at Tsuen Wan area or somewhere reasonably near MTR / KCR stations.
Had anyone any experiences staying in these places and the problems that one faces.... |
