Hi,
I'm a Chinese Canadian, and a perminent resident of HK. I'm about to marry a Korean national, ~ we will be registering and settling in HK~ and was wondering what type of residency status would be granted to her. Would she still need to apply for some sort of visa?
Is she elligeble of right of abode?
or right to land? <-- what is the right to land? I can't seem to find much information on this.
The immigration website at HK.gov is quite confusing and not all to helpful.
If anyone has had similar experience or information I'd be most grateful.
Thanks!

Bring all the papers to prove your Residency and Marriage Status, both go to the Immig Office to apply for a Temporary Residency Status and ID Card for your wife.
When you go ask at the Info Window, the staff will direct you to the right floor.
Usually it's 1st time-one yr, 2nd time-3 yrs and 3rd time 3 yrs, before they'll review giving the Permanent Residency Status.
The appropriate Forms would be available there.
Best go early in the morning as there are always many in line - go according to the Number System
