I am currently living and working on the mainland, but have been offered a great job in HK. However, I want to continue living on the mainland.

Does anyone have any information concerning working in HK but living in SZ?

And this is the problem........ commuting across the border every day with so many others. You should attempt the trip one day, at the time you would expect to do it just to see whether you can cope.

With having a job in HK you should be able to apply for a Temporary Residence card, making the process through HK immigration a little easier since you wouldn't take to take the "Foreigner" lines.
