What's the best way to go from Central, now that we don't own a car in HK?

Now that the Tseung Kwan O line of the MTR has been built, it's much faster to get here from Central. Take that to Hang Hau (change at North Point from the Island Line) and then hop on the #101 minibus straight to Sai Kung. Easy and under 1 hr. door to door.

I'll include that in my next trip to HK. In the meantime I'll research more on what to see and do there, so to make it a day trip Very Happy
