WHAT HAPPENS TO THE VISA STATUS OF THE DEPENDANTS WHEN THE VISA OF THE SPONSORER GETS CANCELLED.
ACTUALLY MY FATHER PASSED AWAY AFTER SERVING FOR 20 YRS AND NOW TO GIVE AWAY HIS GRATUITY , THE COMPANY WILL CANCEL HIS VISA. NOW I WANNA ASK SINCE WE HAVE BEARED THE VISA EXPENSES SO WILL THE DEPENDANTS VISA GETS CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY ALONG WITH THE SPONSORER OR CAN THEY REMAIN UNCANCELLED TILL THEIR DATE OF VALIDITY .

hi,

all dependents visas are automatically cancelled, unless if kids in schools u can request grace month or tow, but the law is they authorities cancel same immediately.

the solution would be either a new sponser cld be any of children working can sponser mother or others by paying emigration deposit dhs 5000 and visas cost dhs 1500/ for 1-2 years and renew accordingly...

yes the laws are ridiculoues,decadent and bad for expats living here whenever a death or one looses hes job here..
