I am planning for a 5-days tour in Dubai. I am confused about which portal to refer to for hotel bookings. Have seen asiarooms dot com, I would like to have more inputs regarding the type of services that they provide.

buddy, i stayed in Ibis Hotel last year. it was all right. not great but affordable.

Otherwise, you can check out some of the hotels near to the airport or bur dubai. you need to take into account of the taxi fare as well.

4wd desert tour would be able to pick you up from the hotel.
Other touristy places are 15-20mins from the hotel

try to avoid major exhibition day as well..

16-18 October would be a big no no as they are having a huge architectural event.
