How do you know you can afford it until you've actually moved in?
I'd like to move to a new place in July when my current tenancy finishes, I know what I can spend per month but don't know the additional costs.
I'm lucky right now I don't pay extra for cooling/AC just DEWA and rent. I'd like to move but the agents don't give you a clue on all the extra costs, not even an estimate.
I'm told its an extra 1000 per month for cooling so this seems very high, now I'm thinking only to look at places that have it included means I won't look at JBR, palm J or any of the other desirable areas of the city!
