Guys, what time and where? I have a bastakiya visit in the afternoon with lodrose and the gang, if you can tell me the time and the location i can try popping in...

there is no swimming lessons in fitness first. maiby plaing - is the wrong word in this case, sorry for my english ))
I enjoy doing bodycombat group classes.

@Carlos, Fitness first is a gym man... You can't play any games there unless u throw a dumbell to a mate and watch how his face get red what will happen next is a running game

bodycombat have from the real martial art only same movements with music, that's nice to tone muscles, nothing more...
i know some good Martial Arts clubs with reputable instructors, but only for men, i can't join them
