i'm not playing any specific sports, but can say that one of the best sport clubs chain in UAE, which wasn't mention here, is Fitness First.

But what sport can you actually play (aside from swimming i guess) in fitness first? One that you can actually enjoy doing? Can't think of any.

there is no swimming lessons in fitness first. maiby plaing - is the wrong word in this case, sorry for my english ))
I enjoy doing bodycombat group classes.

@Carlos, Fitness first is a gym man... You can't play any games there unless u throw a dumbell to a mate and watch how his face get red :D what will happen next is a running game :)

in every fitness first club ))

bodycombat have from the real martial art only same movements with music, that's nice to tone muscles, nothing more...

i know some good Martial Arts clubs with reputable instructors, but only for men, i can't join them
