Hi,
I am interviewing soon re a few positions in Dubai..I work in media. I am South African, married to a UK citizen. My husband is a freelance graphic designer...so it will be me getting the sponsorship - i now see the wife cannot sponsor her husband...
Would an option be for him to come on a visitor's visa for 6o days then leave the country for a while and come back? I dont think he would want to take on a permanant jon in Dubai as he has many freelance clients and would just be working from home...I dont know whether they would let him in and out of the country like that - if, for example went back to the UK for 2 weeks then got another visitors visa?
Can anyone help....thank you!! |
