What about working in DR? What if you only speak one language- English? Are jobs hard to come by.... Is there a website that has job postings?

Depends on what you want to work at there is some factories that have a sign out front saying Hiring this can only be read by English speaking people so you know that the job is for someone who speaks English. There are lots of xpats groups here that could use skilled people to work at different projects.
I don't know of any websites that deal with job seekers in English.
