URGENT HELP, please 
The Chinese require a form from the Russian embassy that states no impediment to marriage and that the marriage will be considered legal in Russia.
The Russian embassy said they do not provide such details.
Has anyone encountered this problem? Does anyone have a solution? Can anyone help? |
