Been in Shenzhen for a few months now, but mistakenly married to my work/constantly travelling and been a bit slow on the expat front Confused

I'm Raymond,Male,25years old ,from Hubei Province .Live in the centre of sheznhen ,nearby JUSCO .
Always see many foreigners here ,but afraid to say hello with them,maybe they would see me as a stranger,I thought.

I'm Malaysian Chinese, 30 yrs old in Danshui/Huizhou area working in a US manufacturing plant.
Loves dancing and would like to join any dancing activities in Shenzhen/Huizhou/Danshui
Anyone knows ballroom dancing lessons/salsa/bellydancing or interested in learning too?
