Hi all,
I don't know if this is the right place to post this so forgive me if it's not. I am married to a China citizen and we have a child which has already been registered overseas with the Malaysian embassy.
Trouble is right now, if I bring him back to get his passport done, can my child continue to stay with his mum in China after that for long term? (i.e. 1 - 2 years?) What are the options to enable my child to stay on a longer term with my wife in China? |
