Hi Everyone,
*I'm coming to GZ soon for business as a self-employed person. I learned that the duration of stay for a F visa is only 30-60 days. I want to stay for up to one year or maybe longer.
*Can I just apply for a D Resident visa first, or is this hard to get?
*What are the requirements to be granted a Resident (D) Visa?

"D" residence visa no longer exists. You can only apply for the new green card (permanent residence) and from what you have posted you are not at all qualified. There's no way they'd issue you one. |
