Hello,

I have been offered a job in Shanghai and I have gladly accepted and agreed everything.

During a routine check this week it has come out from my blood test results that I am a carrier of Hepatitis B (HbsAg).

I read that the thing is very common in China but I read as well that it is impossible to get a worker Visa with this virus in the bloodstream.

I do not have the desease but I am just a carrier.

Is there anyone that can give me precise information about this being a showstopper for a working Visa?

It's very urgent and I called a few consulates of the PRC overseas but I haven't had a clear answer.
