All equipment, training and supervision provided.

2. Civilian Army Training Operation
Welcome to the C.A.T.O adventure & fun, available to everyone who has the zeal to try the life of a soldier with us.
At C.A.T.O you will test yourself the skills through several courses and scenarios that test previously learned skills as well as providing new challenges, as part of a field training exercise. Scenarios force civilians to employ teamwork to negotiate an obstacle and continue the mission of the group, and all team members are given the opportunity to lead.
The fun part of this phase is to rival challenges as seen in reality-television programs. Cross-cultural experience & small teams add a fun to the C.A.T.O all the way.
At C.A.T.O, using a variety of military tasks to develop leadership, patience and team-building skills, you will be rewarded with fun & excitement for days you come.
We share the knowledge of you through field work & play to unwind the positive aspects of the game by sportsmanship and team work. In addition to improving the individual skills. C.A.T.O. instills the importance of these qualities on the playing field as well as in everyday life .

Our army characteristic teambuilding training program, combining paintball shooting sports could bring your group a fresh experience of real and effective teambuilding.
We provide Operation Improvement--stick to discipline, Leadership Efficiency—from soldier to general, New Employee Course—new soldier, Close Together—brothers and sisters, Employee Encouragement—brave heart, Golden Sales—the first blood, Officers Program—Soldier Diary.
