This is for security reasons hence also non registered users can see these information and someone may use your phone number or email for scams or worse
NO ADV FOR HOUSES AND APARTMENTS (CONTACT ADMIN)
ADVS FOR ROOMS TOLLERATED BUT NOT AS PROFESSIONAL JOB (which means a poster can advertise 1-2 rooms, but not being a biz).
To make it simple and avoid this section to be full of garbage the mods will delete the whole post if not corresponding to the rulez, otherwise this section risks to be plenty of edited posts with no sense at all, and all the useful information lost on page 3/4/5/......
