 I am seeking information about two legal disputations currently in Chilean courts. Can anyone assist?
There is a legal disputation between Australian mining company ( either Fortune Global Holding Corporation or its parent Admiralty Resources ) and Chilean based company Besalco Maquinarias operating fron Vallenar.
Can someone refer me to either the Chilean court or other reference point where i can discover the status of this dispute? Thanks
There is a second case involving Chilean company Wyndham Explorations and either Admiralty Resources or Fortune Global Holding Corporation.
