I'm a British guy living in PP looking to rent out my spare room.

The flat is located on St 288 BKK1. Near to central area and many shops and restaurants.

Available from 28th November 2010.

Room is furnished, with double bed.

Basic kitchen, fridge freezer, hot shower. TV with cable subscription.

On the 4th floor and access to private roof terrace.

Very cheap at $125 per month. Bills additional, but only around $15 per month each depending on elec usage. This includes elec, water, garbage and cable TV.
