At long last the Han Tien (Vietnam / Cambodia) border crossing is open to international travelers. Thus it is now possible to follow the coast all the way from Thailand to Vietnam, without having to travel inland. Vietnam visas are also available in Sihanoukville, so no need to travel up to Phnom Penh for a visa either.
