Are there no checks and balances in the Kingdom? Heard that an official or Khmer partner in a top mobile phone company has opened another company that services his own company's marketing and advertising needs. So he now could possibly take money from his Euro JV and pocket even more. What other stories have you heard? What do you think of expats who help perpetuate this practice?
Doesn't make sense since it is not based on merit either so why should the work be superlative?
