- can be used at any of the card phones to call over 130 countries from Brunei and from 68 countries to Brunei.
- cards can be purchased at the international airport and other authorised listed vendors and retailers or from JTB (Jabatan Telekom Brunei) offices.
- denominations in the values of B$5, B$10, B$20 and B$50.
2. DSTCom
- mobile system server of Brunei offering 2 mobile systems, AMPS & GSM.
- for those with GSM handphone, you may use it if there is a mutual agreement between Brunei and your home country.
- if there is no agreement, you will have to purchase the Sim Card from DSTCom, GSM Network Code in Brunei is 52811
