Last december a family of 3 was tragically murdered by unkown evil but only one man (the only chinese is the community) was made to bare the grunt of unforgiving trial. He is a very popular car salesman and he is a long time family friend and neighbour of the deceased. He was stripped almost naked in cold air conditioned room just for questioning and taken away from his family with lacking visitation rights for only 1 family member. Without evidence he was remanded unconditionally and time told me as if it has been eternal. Behind bars, he could not do anything and was made to sleep on concrete floor for a long period of time until public appeals were made to give him a mattress laden with lizard. After 10 mths of argonizing torture, he is to stand trial on 10 Oct. What is there to trial, i don't know. To prove a guilty man is innocent or to prove the innocent man is guilty? This is what everyone with humane heart should look out for at the trial. Where is the basic human rights, hopefully the high court yield its sword to save an innocent man, an adoring father, a faithful husband, a loving uncle and a great mate to so many. My sincere heartfelt support goes out to his wife, daughter and son and not least to Richard.
Why is bad publicity getting all the headlines and not the good ones?
Poor fellow, he must have done something so wrong. Well true to your words that was it to prove an innocent man guilty of being innocent or vice-versa...
