Hi all of you
My name is Barbara and I´m Argentine, I´m looking forward to moving to Fortaleza but I am a little confused with the rental issue.
When I ask what would be the monthly rent for a long term rental, they just multiply the daily fee for 30 days of the month. If Fortaleza is not only a touristic destination but a big city, I expect that long term leases should also exist and its price cannot be that of the daily fee multiplied by 30, Am I right?
Is anybody knowledgeable of what a fair rental annual deal would be for an apartment on Beira Avenue or close to it with only one bedroom?
If somebody has links or lives over there, I would very but very much appreciate any help.
