My name is Alexander and I moved to Fortaleza, Brazil
in June of 2005. I interviewed a dozen plastic surgeons
until I decided on using alumni of the Ivo Pitanguy
Institute which is the most famous plastic surgery
learning instituion in the world.
I had a full facelift with eyelids, liposuction, and
cosmetic dentistry here. I will be 52 years old on my
next birthday, but now after the surgery people think

personal assistant who is fully bilingual. Your personal
assistant can go with you to all medical appointments and
visits you require. He or she can also go with you on the
day of the surgery/treatment. Your personal assistant can
also be your translator and advisor during your stay.
In the northeast of Brazil where Fortaleza is located, the
overhead such as the "land and labor" are much less expensive
than cities in the south like Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo and
North America or Europe. These savings are then simply passed
on to you, the patient.
You can combine an exotic holiday with the latest procedures
for plastic surgery, hair transplant, cosmetic dentistry and
