I'm hoping to expat to Brazil. I've searched many websites for houses. A few of those sites which are also realty agencies have contacted me. I'd like to know if anyone has had any luck with these organizations and if they can tell me about the reputation of these agencies.
They are fusedworld and propertybond.uk
I'm sure one of the best ways to find a place is to actually go to the country, but when you have limited vacation time (I'm a teacher) and not the biggest travel budget in the world, the internet is a saving grace!
Hoping to hear from any and all who can provide sound advice & information.
Thanks and I like this forum. |

I have a furniture flat for sale in São Paulo in a very nice neighborhood for expats ( Moema) .
You may also contact some local real state agency or relocation companies and they can show you nice flats to rent or buy.
Let me know if you have any interest to visit my own flat. I'm selling because I move to Hungary myself.

If you are a foreigner interested in Brazilian real estate, I will advise you to check with a licensed property dealer. I advise you for an agent because if you are not a local, it may not be possible for you to fly down miles to checkout property.
Best Regards
