Dear Members,

I am looking for following information for an Indian company for execution government project in Bhutan

1) As the movement between India and Bhutan is free what is the procedure and documents required to send machinery, Vehicals, goods and people to Bhutan.
2) With which authority we might need to register for execution of project.
3) What is the procedure and documents required for opening an Bank account.
4) Is there any limit on money transaction between India and Bhutan.
5) Is there any limit on cash withdrawals from banks.
6) Laws which we need to follow.
6) Do we need to deduct any tax on any payment.
7) Any other information you might think as useful for us.

Mohit
