sorry, not much to do with bahrain, BUT
i live in bahrain, and found it extremely hard to find people interested in bodybuilding, and found this very helpful site, a few months ago, there are MANY very helpful people from all over the wrld on that site, and they really know what they are tlaking about...i've lost 30 pounds since then, and am in the best shape of my life, and felt the need to share this with you people
plz do delete this, if its considered spam, especially since its my first post...i will be active on this site, just felt that this had to be my first post!
